Position Summary

As a Part-Time Sales Advisor, you will support daily store operations by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a visually appealing and well-stocked store. This role is essential to creating a welcoming shopping experience and helping customers find their personal style. You will report directly to store management and work collaboratively with your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent service throughout their visit

• Assist customers with product information, sizing, and styling suggestions

• Maintain clean and organized fitting rooms and sales floor

• Operate the register to process transactions accurately and efficiently

• Replenish merchandise and support in-store promotions and visual standards

• Work with the team to ensure the store is clean, safe, and compliant with company guidelines

• Contribute to store goals through teamwork, flexibility, and initiative

Qualifications

• Friendly, helpful attitude and strong communication skills

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required

• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 pounds
