Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant
Job Summary:

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas. You are responsible for creating a welcoming and sanitized environment that exceeds guest expectations and supports a high standard of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards

• Replace linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms

• Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect all required surfaces

• Replenish cleaning supplies and housekeeping carts

• Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to management promptly

• Ensure hallways and service areas are clean and free of obstacles

• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals

• Greet guests courteously and respond to inquiries when needed

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required

• Strong attention to detail and efficiency

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and time management skills

• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
