ESA Management, LLC is seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Hospitality Room Cleaner to join our hospitality team. As a Hospitality Room Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests. Hospitality Room Cleaner Responsibilities:

• Follow the established procedures of the company when attending to the cleaning and upkeep of assigned guest rooms and public areas
• Replace linens, replenish amenities, and discard trash in rooms designated for guests
• Conduct a meticulous cleaning routine that includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing, paying close attention to bathrooms and floors to keep them hygienic and spotless
• It is crucial to report any maintenance concerns or damages promptly to management for prompt attention
• Exercise care in handling guest possessions and adhere to the lost and found guidelines
• Ensure that carts and cleaning supplies are maintained, adequately stocked, and stored appropriately
• Uphold the tidiness of laundry rooms and storage spaces for cleaning supplies
• Interact with guests in a pleasant and professional manner, offering assistance or guidance with a friendly attitude
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols, ensuring proper use of cleaning agents and protective equipment

Hospitality Room Cleaner Secondary Functions:

• Help out with laundry operations as and when needed
• Fulfill cleaning tasks in both public and employee areas following the given guidance
• Championing deep-cleaning initiatives or distinct housekeeping endeavors

Hospitality Room Cleaner Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED is the recommended credential for this role
• While previous experience in housekeeping is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for this role
• Having the proficiency to work autonomously and efficiently under minimal supervision
• Candidates must be capable of hoisting items up to 50 pounds, pushing or pulling housekeeping carts, and performing physical duties, including bending, stooping, and enduring extended periods of standing
• Competency in understanding and implementing English instructions, whether conveyed verbally or through written communication
• Demonstrating a meticulous nature and expert time management capabilities
• Being on-call for work during weekends and holidays is mandatory

Compensation:

Earnings may fluctuate depending on where one is based and the level of experience. ESA Management follows all relevant federal, state, and local guidelines pertaining to minimum wage requirements.
