Pay Rate: $20 – $30 per hour (Based on Experience)

Position Summary:

As a Welder, you will be responsible for joining, fabricating, and repairing metal components using various welding techniques. You must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to interpret technical drawings to complete high-quality welds on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux-core welding based on project needs

• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment

• Inspect welds for accuracy and ensure they meet quality standards

• Operate welding equipment and hand/power tools safely and effectively

• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of welding experience in a commercial or industrial setting

• Proficient in one or more welding techniques: MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-core

• Ability to read blueprints and understand weld symbols

• Familiar with welding tools, safety practices, and fabrication processes

• Must be able to pass a welding test and drug screening

• Good physical condition; able to lift, bend, and work in various environments

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Welding certification (AWS or equivalent)

• Experience working on construction sites or in fabrication shops

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
