Job Overview

The Barista/Bartender prepares and serves a variety of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, along with café menu items while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a dynamic and personable individual who can deliver a welcoming experience to every guest. Whether crafting an espresso drink or mixing a cocktail, you will serve as a brand ambassador by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages

• Follow recipes and presentation standards for both bar and café menus

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, adhering to Health Department and company policies

• Operate POS systems and process customer transactions accurately

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Restock supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure bar/café displays are well-organized

• Open and/or close bar/café area following established checklists and procedures

• Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

Qualifications & Skills

• No prior experience required; training will be provided

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol per state regulations

• Serve Safe Alcohol Certification and Food Safety Certification preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced retail environment

• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• May involve reaching, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs

• Frequent use of point-of-sale systems and beverage equipment
