Engineering Project Manager

Job Overview:

Schreiber Foods is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager or Project Engineer to lead automation initiatives that reduce labor and enhance profitability in our production facilities. This role will manage cross-functional teams and external vendors to implement standardized, sanitary, and cost-effective automated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and lead automation opportunities to reduce labor.

• Manage internal teams and external suppliers through all project phases.

• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.

• Use project management best practices to deliver defined outcomes.

• Stay current on automation trends and apply relevant technologies.

• Oversee equipment procurement and vendor negotiations.

• Provide training and technical guidance to operations teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

• 5+ years of engineering/project management experience.

• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

• CAD proficiency and computer literacy.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
