We are currently seeking experienced Civil Dump Truck Drivers with a valid Class A CDL to join our team. Job Summary:

The Civil Dump Truck Driver will be responsible for operating dump trucks in support of excavation, grading, and hauling operations on civil construction sites. The ideal candidate is a safe, dependable, and experienced driver who can transport materials efficiently while maintaining compliance with all DOT and company safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dump trucks to transport earth, aggregate, and other construction materials to and from job sites

• Ensure all loads are secure and within legal weight limits

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks

• Document vehicle issues and report necessary repairs

• Comply with all safety regulations, including DOT and site-specific protocols

• Coordinate with onsite foremen and equipment operators for material delivery

• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage

• Assist with site clean-up or labor support when not operating the vehicle

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating dump trucks on civil or construction projects

• Clean driving record and strong safety awareness

• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions

• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and procedures

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
