Job Description:

As a Server at Dave & Buster’s, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing friendly, responsive service to guests, ensuring a fun, enjoyable visit through accurate orders, timely service, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and guide them through the food and drink menu

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the system

• Deliver orders promptly while maintaining food and service quality

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests

• Upsell food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience and increase check averages

• Monitor tables and keep dining areas clean and organized

• Handle payments accurately and process transactions efficiently

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

• Address guest concerns professionally and promptly escalate when necessary

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a full-service restaurant preferred but not required

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for extended periods

• Lift and carry trays, dishes, and beverage items up to 25 pounds

• Bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions as needed
